Monthly plans renew each month. Annual plans cost $90, $190 or $490 upfront and open one monthly allowance window at a time. Unused monthly characters expire without rolling over. Unpaid renewals do not grant new usage.
Each generation uses GPU time. One free voiceover lets you hear a real result in your voice before you pay.
Purchased characters do not expire while Sairelo operates. Monthly allowances expire at the next monthly window. Monthly usage is consumed first, then purchased characters.
Yes. Choose 20,000 characters for $9 or 100,000 for $29, with three saved voices and a 5,000-character request limit. Packs also add usage to a subscription and remain after cancellation.
Same-interval upgrades apply after the prorated payment succeeds and add only the remaining month's prorated difference. Downgrades and billing interval changes start at term renewal. Cancellation preserves access through the paid term. Existing voices are kept if a new plan has fewer slots.
The free sample is for evaluation. With a paid plan or character pack, you can publish audio that you have the rights to use, subject to the Terms. Clone only your own voice.
Contact us with your receipt. Eligibility follows the Terms and applicable law. A full refund removes the corresponding remaining allowance, while other purchases remain.
Your original 20-generation pack keeps its original terms, including the 1,000-character request limit and unlimited saved voices. Billing shows that balance separately from new character allowances.
