Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Services
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Voice and Audio Use
Clone only your own voice, using the recorded consent step in Sairelo. Do not upload another person's voice, impersonate someone, or generate deceptive or unlawful audio. You must have the rights to your scripts and recordings.
The one free output is for evaluation. Paid plans and character packs support publishing audio you have the rights to use. Disclose synthetic audio when required by the platform where you publish or by applicable law.
Plans, Usage and Payment
The pricing page shows the current USD prices, character allowances and saved-voice limits. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. Annual prices are charged in full upfront; characters refill each month rather than being granted for the whole year. Unused monthly characters do not roll over.
Character packs are separate one-time purchases and do not expire while the service operates. Monthly characters are used before purchased characters. Existing 20-generation packs keep their original terms and remain a separate balance. There are no automatic overage charges.
A successful speech take uses the normalized script's Unicode characters, including internal spaces and punctuation, with a 100-character minimum. A successful voice-design preview has a 1,000-character minimum. The free output and legacy packs use one output or generation instead. Failed or cancelled jobs release reserved usage. Listening, downloads and cloning do not use characters. Deleting a voice or take does not restore usage already consumed.
Same-interval upgrades take effect after successful prorated payment and add only the remaining month's prorated allowance difference. Downgrades and billing interval changes take effect at the existing term's renewal. Cancelling keeps access through the paid term. Existing voices are retained when a lower plan has fewer slots; new creation is blocked until within the limit.
Refund Requests
Please contact us with your receipt and the affected job or purchase. Refund eligibility is assessed under these Terms and applicable law. A full refund revokes the associated allowance; other purchases remain. Used or reserved allowances may require support review. We do not automatically charge a negative balance after a refund.
Intellectual Property
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
- Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
